We can offer two dormitories each sleeping ten and two staff dormitories each sleeping two or three people. The staff accommodation is on a different floor and in a different location to the main clients’ dormitories.

There is a possibility that the capacity of each dormitory may be reduced slightly in the near future, to create more room. This is part of a continuous programme of renewing and updating the interior of our 700 year old building.

Within the staff dormitories are wash basins with hot and cold water; these rooms are next to a major fire exit via the ancient tower which, during normal times is strictly out of bounds to clients.

The internal fabric of the upper clients’ dormitory is very ancient and we would ask that here especially care is taken to protect the walls.

Access to the Centre is along a short gravel road off the minor road between Asheldham village and Dengie village. Parking is possible for up to seven vehicles on the right hand side of the site.
